This Control system is developed for Energy saving of Cooling Tower Motor power. It Adjusts the Motor Speed of the 30 KW motor following the water pressure inside the shop floor. In Injection Moulding Plant, water flow varies with the ON /OFF condition of m/c & mould size. According to Mould parameters, feedback is shared to VF Drive with Sensor & VFD adjusts the Motor speed to as minimum as possible to keep the pressure constant reducing power consumption.

This Control system is for Energy saving of Compressor Motor. It Adjusts the Motor Speed of 20 KW motor in accordance with the Pneumatic pressure inside the shop floor. In Injection Molding Plant air flow varies with the ON /OFF condition of m/c & mold size. This feedback is given to VF Drive with Sensor & Adjusts the Motor speed to as minimum as possible to keep pressure constant reducing the power consumption.
