VEHICLE SENSOR TESTING SYSTEM (Parameter Testing)
Customer : UNO MINDA LTD.
- This system measures LED current, LED intensity, Tack switch current of vehicle PCB using current meter & Banking angle of Vehicle Sensor using Servo Motor. In this system, a voltmeter checks I/p Voltage to Testing PCB or Sensor. It is used for testing different variants of PCB or sensors. The user selects the Program mode (AUTO/MANUAL), PCB variant, PCB or Sensor parameter setting using HMI.
- The system consists of OK, NOT OK, BUZZER indications for Testing PCB’s or Sensor’s final Status.

This Control system is for Energy saving of Compressor Motor. It Adjusts the Motor Speed of 20 KW motor in accordance with the Pneumatic pressure inside the shop floor. In Injection Molding Plant air flow varies with the ON /OFF condition of m/c & mold size. This feedback is given to VF Drive with Sensor & Adjusts the Motor speed to as minimum as possible to keep pressure constant reducing the power consumption.
